I did not change any of the ingredients and they are fantastic. I definintely recommend lining the botton of the pan with parchment paper as they are tough to get out of the pan. I also recommend putting each layer in the freezer, they did not seperate that way.

Day Before Mashed Potatoes

Loved this potatoes, helped on Thanksgiving when I didn't have a lot of time in the morning to prepare. I added some chives and garlic salt and it was fabulous.

Bread and Celery Stuffing

Savory Turkey Gravy

Out of this World Turkey Brine

Loved this brine. The turkey turned out moist and flavorful. The brine is salty and if you are making gravy out of th juice from the turkey make sure you don't add any extra salt or it is way too salty

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Microwave Caramel Popcorn

This was a great, quick recipe, much quicker than doing it in the oven. The only thing I changed was to microwave it 30 seconds at a time and then stirred it. It didn't burn at all.
