Rice A Roni™ Salad

Wow, I didn't expect this to be so good. It mush be all the seasonings, etc. in the rice packet. It was fresh and had a great deal of excellent chicken flavor. Will make it again!

Pierogies and Cabbage

Never had pierogies before, they're okay but I am not sure I would make it with cabbage again. But the cabbage mixture was excellent. I am thinking of making that as a side dish or putting pork ribs or smoked sausage on top.

Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

This is very, very good. I didn't change a thing except use almonds instead of pine nuts as I didn't have any. Very flavorful. Plan to use it as pizza sauce and a sauce for pasta. Yum!

German Apple Cake I

Eggplant Parmesan II

This was excellent. The only thing I did differently is cooked the eggplant after I had breaded it about twice as long. It didn't look very crispy after just 10 minutes. I used panko and it was so yummy!

Nanny's Spaghetti Sauce

This recipe is a good solid spaghetti sauce. I omitted the oregano and subbed basil as I don't like oregano, otherwise I didn't change a thing. I did cook it about an hour plus and it got better as it went.

Teriyaki Marinade

Awesome marinade. I didn't change a thing except used dried ginger as I didn't have any fresh. I used it on chicken, marinated it for about 4 hours and it kept it juicy and gave it great flavor.

Mashed Potato Salad

This was surprisingly good. I used leftover mashed potatoes and it saved a lot of time. I did cut the mustard in half as I don't like that much mustard and it was perfect.
