Macaroni wth Bachamel sauce! Had to cook it around 10 times, a week apart every time! When finally I thought I mastered it, the following week the sauce would fail me again!

Apple Avocado Salad with Tangerine Dressing
The best salad ever! The salad dressing goes very well with the blue cheese, and it actually is only good with this salad. My fiance loves it and it always receives good reviews when I make it.

Apple Cake V
It didn't come out very good for me. The mixture was very thick that I didn't know how to deal with it and was difficult to mix even with the electric mixer, which kind of got stuck in the mixture. The glaze topping was very sweet. The taste of the cake itself was ok, I added 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. I wouldn't make it again, although after a second trial it may come out better.

Groovy Green Smoothie
Delicious! I used only 1 cup spinach as it sounded a bit weird to have spinach in a drink! but it sure didnt taste like spinach! Next time I would reduce the quantity of banana (perhaps put in 1/2 a banana), and add 1 1/4 grapes and some more strawberry!
