Shrimp and Avocado Salad

I made this recipe for a salad entree at a dinner party last weekend. It was excellent. I used the suggestion from another review and doubled the shrimp while cutting back on the worcestershire. I will definitely make this again.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I was very disppointed with this pot roast recipe. I cooked it on low for 9 hours, and it was still dry and tough.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

A cook from northern NY: This is the best salmon recipe I have tried. I did bake it longer than the instructions: 15 minutes at 400 degrees and an additional 15 - 20 minutes at 350 degrees. It was perfect!

Easy Salmon

Barbara from Northville, NY: My family thought this recipe was delicious. However, I agree with the cooks who said that it needed to bake longer. I baked it at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes.
