Creamy Carrot Soup

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

I loved it! I did leave out the hot sauce because I was feeding this to my kids, and it was still yummy. I followed the directions, but added an extra 1/4 cup of bread crumbs because it looked too "wet". It's a keeper for me.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

This is AWESOME! And yes, super easy. I did have to make changes because here, in Guam, I could not find condensed French onion soup. I used the Lipton's onion soup mix, and on the back there is a recipe for a slow cooker meal. It said to use both packets and add 3/4 cup water, which is what I did. Also, we didn't have rump roast at our commissary, so we used something close to it. A KEEPER!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

I added 2 cups milk and it's perfect. Other times I made it, I played around with reducing butter and adding flax. Still so yummy!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I'm an entry level cook, so I am always worried about recipes not turning out right. I followed the directions exactly, omitting the salt, and doubled the amount of ham (accidentally) and it was sooooooo gooooood! A keeper for us! Thank you!

Kentucky Pecan Pie

My friend has a similar recipe, but WHITE sugar instead of BROWN. I made it with white sugar. I made this for my office and it was a big hit, some thought it was store bought.

Death By Garlic

I was skeptical because it didn't look like much, but everyone loved it! I don't know if kids will like this. The only pain is peeling all that garlic, so I bought one of those garlic peelers to make the job easier, then I use a chopper to do the chopping.
