Wow! This is sooooo good! I never liked meatloaf before trying this recipe, but now I think it will become a regular dinner staple. My husband also loved it! The cheese and the steak sauce make all the difference. I made a few tweaks myself: I used crushed Cheez-its crackers instead of Ritz type crackers, and I used a cup of cheese instead of 3/4 cup. I used about 1 1/2 tbsp. onion flakes and 1/2 tsp. of sage, and basil instead of the dry onion soup mix since I didn't have any, also a few grinds of salt and pepper. The glaze suggested by Kinz really made this meatloaf outstanding too, I highly recommend it. I doubled the worcestershire, and cut the honey in half though since my husband doesn't like anything sweet with meat, and it wasn't sweet at all. This recipe is a keeper for sure!
