Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken
Absolutely delicious! I used chicken breasts and pounded them flat. I also double dipped the chicken and placed them in a Reynolds Release non-stick foil lined pan. Turn them over after 20 minutes and cook an additional 25 minutes.

Brown Sugar Smokies
Make tons, they disappear too fast! I used skewers and left appx. 1 1/2 inches of space between each smokie. I baked them for 45 minutes, broiling them for the last 2 minutes to make the bacon very crispy.
