Rempel Family Meatloaf

Really good stuff!! This was the first time I have ever made meatloaf and it came out perfect! I sifted the onion "chips" out of the soup package and only used those, and spread some ketchup on top before baking. I also substituted bread crumbs for the crackers and it came out great!

Chocolate Trifle

This was absloutely awesome!! I made a few changes- I used chocolate pudding with carmel bits, and got half way through preparing the pudding the way it says on the box before I realized I was not supposed to do that!! :-) It was completely fine, though, I just folded in the whipped cream and it turned out amazing! Everyone at my party loved it. Thanks for sharing!

Seven Layer Dip I

This was so good. The only change I made was adding a packet of taco seasoning to the ground beef- it seemed too plain without it. Otherwise, this was totally awesome.

World's Best Lasagna

Beer Margaritas

Awesome! I made these to take to a tailgating party and they were a hit! The only thing I should point out is that this recipe only makes 6 margaritas-I had to double it to bring to a party. I also replaced the water with Sprite. Some people mentioned it was a little tart for them, so I think next time I will use 3/4 of the limeaide and replace the rest with more beer!! Thanks for sharing!

Perfect Sushi Rice

This was a great recipe. I used it for my first time making sushi, and the consistency was just right. The only thing I think I will change next time is reducing the amount of sugar, as the recipe was just a little sweet for my taste. Other than that, this one is a keeper!

Original Irish Cream

This is so delicious. I whipped up a batch, following the directions exactly, to make hubby some Irish Car Bombs. It tastes so much fresher than the bottled stuff. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Asian Coconut Rice

I realize that this recipe is supposed to have a very subtle coconut flavor, but I was looking for a real bang for my buck since I was serving this with my Polynesian themed dinner, so for extra flavor I stirred in a few drops of coconut extract and a handful of sweetened shredded coconut. With that it came out perfect- exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Garlic Chicken

Pretty good- It wasn't really garlicky enough for us so I added 2 tbs of garlic powder and 1 tbs of onion powder to the breadcrumb mixture. I was skeptical about cooking the chicken at such a high tempurature, and while the coating did burn a little, the chicken came out alright.
