The Best Banana Pudding

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2007
Sooo good. Just like my granny used to make every sunday! I did make a few changes to make it a little more like granny's. I only used an 8oz. container of whipped topping and folded the entire container into the pudding. I also used @ 6 medium bananas. (Granny always had a banana layer on the bottom, in the middle, and on the top.) P.S. Egg slicer works great to slice bananas.

Old-Fashioned Scalloped Corn

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2007
This has been a family favorite at every holiday feast. The only thing we do to make it our own is to use Ritz crackers instead of saltines. I also use about 1 cup of crackers in the corn and about a 1/2 a cup for the topping, and no margerine. As my Dad always says, "Everything is better with butter, except watermelon!"

Spicy Southwestern Slaw

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
This is a great recipe to serve with Mexican food. I use on fish tacos and as a garnish with fajitas. I personally leave out the oil. (Cutting out the fat makes it a dieters dream!)

Bierox Casserole

This is very similar to my Dad'd favorite recipe. Our family makes this but adds Taco seasoning into the beef mixture and call it Russian Taco's.

Cake Mix Cookies IV

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2011
Fast and easy! A busy Mom's dream. I used a devil's food chocolate cake mix and mini resse's pieces. I did cut the oil back to 1/3 cup. I baked them on a baking stone, using parchment paper at 350 for 8-12 minutes. They were perfect!
