Peanut Butter Haystacks

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2011
Quick, easy and DELISH!! I do find if I crumple the chow mein noodles a bit they are easier to bite. If left long they can be a bit tricky to get in your mouth and become a little messy to eat.

Delish!! Sooo super sweet though, but we like that :-) Will make this again over and over! Have done it with yellow cake mix and peaches, and devil's food cake mix and cherries!! Super yummy!

Rhubarb Betty

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2010
So easy to prepare - great dessert to have my 2 and 5 yr old help with. I just did all the pre-cutting and they were able to assemble with some help. I used 6 cups of rhubarb and 6 slices of thick texas toast bread. I increased the cinnamon to 1 tbs and also sprinkled 1 tbs of sugar and 1tsp of cinnamon on top before cooking. Mine took 15 min in microwave...but it was DELISH!!!

Banana Chocolate Chip Dessert

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2007
Sooo Yummy!!! I didn't use brown sugar and just doubled the white sugar. I also used 3 lg. ripe bananas and 2 cups of chocolate chips. Had to bake it in a bar pan as it rose quite a bit. Took almost 40 minutes to cook, but was moist and delicious!!! Topped it with whip cream and chocolate sauce and it was VERY sweet!!

Banana Chip Muffins I

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2007
I just made these muffins, and they are yummy! I doubled the recipe and got 12 regular sized muffins and 24 mini-muffins. I also used 6 medium sized bananas, 1.5 cups of chocolate chips and a little more than one cup of sugar. They are very moist, and tasy! I found that they needed the full 25 minutes to cook for the full sized muffins and only 15 for the minis.
