I was surprised at how good these really were. Something about the crackers makes a really flaky and delicious coating. Pounding flat and hot oil are a must. Good by itself, but white gravy totally takes it over the top. Didn't take long to make either. Highly recommend!

Peanut Butter Balls III

YUM! Loved them exactly how the recipe made them. I melted a little peanut butter with some white almond bark and drizzled it on the top and they looked (and tasted) amazing. Easy too.

Fluffy Pancakes

EUREKA! A fantastic recipe with ingredients in my pantry. I always decide at the last minute to make pancakes, so I never have buttermilk on hand or days to let batter sit in the fridge. Made this recipe as-is and they turned out great. Will definitely add vanilla next time and would like to try letting the batter sit 30 minutes (if my family will wait that long!). BTW, this recipe makes 8 pancakes, not 8 servings. Was perfect for my family of 4, since I have two small children. A must-have!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Outstanding! This was one of my first recipes I printed, and it's so fun that it's now in the top 20! I've made it with and without breadcrumbs, and it's all good. When I'm short on time, I sautee the chicken breasts, then make the sauce, and just layer ham and cheese on chicken with sauce. Not as good, but still super-yummy. GREAT recipe!

Cilantro Tomato Corn Salad

Delicious as a dip with tortilla chips as well. This didn't even make it to the dinner table as a salad - the guys started eating it with chips and next thing I knew it was gone.

Baby Back Ribs

My husband will never leave me now that I have this recipe! So, so good. I used a rub recommended by one of the users and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. I'm glad this recipe lets you choose your fave sauce - BBQ sauce is very subjective. This was so easy and really delicious.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Used 1/2 c. oil and 1/2 c. butter just because butter sounded yummy. Other than that, made as is cooking until toothpick was clean. DELISH!

Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Fantastic! I made these for a birthday luau and they were a huge hit. I made no changes to the recipe and marinated only two hours and they were so yummy. Even the 3-year old at the party loved them!
