Baked French Fries I
I baked for about 45 minutes, flipping each of the wedge pieces over halfway through cooking. If I were to do this again: - I'd try baking for 30 minutes instead (flipping them over at the 15 minute mark). I think that would be enough.

Asian Lettuce Wraps
I followed reviewers' suggestions and used 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 T soy, 2 T rice vinegar, 1 T chile paste. If I were to remake this: - I would try using ground pork instead for a more authentic feel (traditionally, this dish is made with pork) - I would use only 1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar as I felt the meat came out a little bit too sour for my taste This still didn't quite as good as the way my dad would make it, but it was still good. I'll have to ask him for his recipe!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I
The dressing for this salad is SO good. I definitely agree that 1/4 sugar is sweet enough - in fact, I think I could go down to 1/3 cup! I also added feta cheese, which gave complemented it perfectly. I used balsamic vinegar instead of white vinegar, per other reviewers' recommendations. This was more than enough dressing. I only added half - AND I had almost double the amount of spinach (I used about 6 cups). I also chopped up a tomato and threw it in, which I think helped offset some of the sweetness for me (in a good way!). Next time: - I'd double the amount of spinach - I'd try lowering the sugar even further to 1/3 cup - I might keep the dressing on the side instead of mixing it in - I think I could add chicken to this and have it stand alone as a main dish! Overall, super yummy dressing and great recipe! Other reviews mentioned you can easily substitute for other fruit (ie: apples or oranges) ... this was so good, I might just have to try it!
