Slow Cooker Barbequed Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2013
This recipe is seriously good. Like others I was hesitant about the coffee. Included it anyway. I followed everything exactly except I used a 4.5 lb bone-in pork roast instead of 2.5 boneless. Cooked on low for 7 hours and the meat literally FELL off the bone. I could've shredded it with just a fork the meat was that tender. As far as taste I only wish I would have added more garlic. Having vacationed often in southern Alabama, we pride ourselves on being pulled pork snobs. This recipe did not disappoint! Thanks!

Grilled Shrimp and Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2010
Quick, easy, and WOW - this dish was so awesome and SO worth the 1,000 calories. No white wine sauce so I used apple juice. Like other reviewers I found the sauce too runny, so I thickened it with 2 tbs. flour. Oh and I almost doubled the cayenne. We like our stuff spicy! Thanks for the recipe!

Brownie Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2010
This is a super awesome recipe! The frosting is quick, easy to make and delicious. I mixed milk and white chocolate chips, as I didn't have enough of either one. So yummy! I'll never buy store bought again!

Easy Lasagna II

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2010
We loved this! I was even a little short on the cottage cheese and had to substitute shredded american for some of the mozz, but it was still awesome. I also seasoned the ground beef with garlic and italian seasoning before combining it with the sauce. Next time I will add some of the other fun stuff people have mentioned, like the mushrooms! Thanks for the recipe!

Thanks for the recipe! I cut the mayo as well - I used 1/3 cup and added just under a pound of crabmeat. It was delicious!

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2011
My husband is a fried rice fanatic, and he couldn't get enough of this stuff! We only add the chicken when it's our main dish - otherwise it makes a fantastic side. We used brown rice and added 2 cloves of garlic and some chopped green onions. Thanks for the recipe Lisa!

Honey Mustard Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2012
This stuff is the BOMB! I use regular mustard and it tastes just as fab. It goes with everything. I even use it to spice up my salad dressing: just add a few tablespoons to about 1/4 cup each of olive oil and wine vinegar. Thanks for the recipe Nanci!

Hoisin Pork Stir Fry

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2013
Great recipe! I used chicken instead of the pork. No green onions, didn't have any... I also added almost double the red pepper flakes because we like it HOT around here. The result was a spicy-sweet dish that I will definitely make again. Thanks!

Egg and Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2013
As is I give this recipe 4 stars. Next time I will add milk per others' suggestions because it was a little heavy. Still an amazing dish though and the entire thing was devoured in about 20 minutes. If that! Thanks for the recipe!
