Baked Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2010
If you like mushrooms, you will love this recipe. I followed the directions exactly, only leaving out the water. Cook uncovered for the entire duration, and there's still more than enough moisture from all the ingredients, but not too soupy. Enjoy!

Delicious Low Carb (Cottage Cheese) Pancakes!

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2009
These pancakes are really delicious. You'd never know they had cottage cheese in them. I think they are the best home made pancakes I've ever had!! Very light and almost like a crepe. And very easy to make as you can make the batter the night before.

Golden Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 1, 2009
These pork chops are very tender and flavorful. I would recommend pairing with potato or rice to soak up a bit of the gravy. I also pair this with wilted spinach. It's great together. I couldn't find golden mushroom, so I always use a regular can of cream of mushroom soup. These are great pork chops!!

Moroccan Tagine

Reviewed: May 1, 2009
This recipe was very easy, and tastes very flavorful! I cooked the entire thing on the stove top in a Dutch oven. As someone else suggested, I added 1 tsp cumin and 1 tsp cinnamon. Serve with Jasmine rice. My husband asks me to make this every week, and the left overs taste even better the next day.

Quick and Easy Sauteed Spinach

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2008
SO easy, and very tasty! The spinach was not dry at all. It was a little too salty with the amount of garlic salt suggested. I'd cut it in half next time. We will definitely be using this recipe very often!

Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2008
Really great taste and light! I melted a tablespoon of butter and poured over fish before baking. It kept it from getting dry. I also used Italian breadcrumbs instead of plain - this was the perfect amount of seasoning. Serve with lemon. Delicious.

Delicious Baked Chicken

Reviewed: May 18, 2008
The chicken was really most, but really was flavorless. Chicken cooked in 30 minutes covered, and was completely done.

Easy Bake Fish

Reviewed: May 17, 2008
This is the best salmon recipe I've ever used - and really easy!! I baked in a smaller dish to keep the fish more moist - but increased bake time by 9 minutes. FANTASTIC.

Walnut Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2007
Used two whole eggs, and 100% whole wheat flour, no white flour at all. The brownies were VERY moist, really good, and the chocolate lovers in our house even enjoyed these! Bake time was about 45 mins. My favorite dessert ever.
