I love baking and making home made soups and trying anything with vegetables; especially spinach.... I have cooked for many people and cooked for 3.5 years in the Caribbean for the company I worked for making meals each day for 56-65 people on our conferences each January in a stark little tiny kitchen (3x4)on a catamoran. I am now starting my own catering business; weddings, christenings, showers etc. Wish me luck everyone....
