Wonderfull recipe. You can do anything you want here. I added dried basil & oregano to the tomato sauce, I also added chopped fresh mushrooms and zucchini. My daughter is 9 and she loved it. I told her the tofu chunks were white cheese. Even better the next day.

Almost Eggless Egg Salad

Delicious! I was skeptical while mixing up this recipe, But, much to my surprise it was fantastic! I stuffed it into a whole wheat pita & topped it off with broccoli-sprouts. Great!

Creamy Italian White Bean Soup

Even though this soup has gotten nothing but great reviews I thought it was just O.K. It was flavorless. I would not make it again. There are much better recipes out there that are very similar.

Baked Pork Chops I

Creamy Vegetable Chowder

Kielbasa Kale Stew

This soup was delicious, I love finding a great soup that is also good for you & low in fat. I used turkey sausage. Very Important: increase salt to about 2 1/2 tsp.

I hate to be a downer, But, this was not a keeper. I followed the recipe, verbatim. It had NO TASTE!!! It sounded like a nice healthy blend of ingredients, but it turned out yech.

Tofu Parmigiana

I reviewed this recipe before when it had like 50 reviews, now allrecipes is showing no reviews. How did that happen? Anyway this is a delicious recipe. I hope no-one misses out on it. If you like tofu, you will LOVE this. I have made it about 10 times.

Green Bean and Mushroom Medley

This was delicious! I have added it to my recipe file, very few recipes make it that far. Great combo of veggies, the only fat is the butter. Next time I will reduce the amount of butter, or use olive oil in place of, wich is heart healthy.

Creamy Pea Soup

This recipe was just O.K.. The flavor was traditional pea soup. The problem was after pureeing, it was so visually unappealing. It might be pretty good with just stirring in the cream cheese without blending the soup. I think there are better pea soup recipes out there. I'll keep searching.

Quick Mediterranean Pasta

I thought this was a delicious basic recipe. There are so many variations you can try according to your taste. I added sauteed garlic, imitation crab meat and sprinkled fresh parmesan on top. It was so good & easy. I also served it warm. I did not rinse the noodles after cooking, just mixed it all together. Great!!

Green Bean and Feta Salad

This had a really good flavor, The only thing I will change next time is to reduce the amount of dressing. I used 1 1/2 pounds green beans as called for and they were swimming in dressing. I poured half of it off and stuck it in the fridge. 4 hours later there was still plenty of dressing.

Baked Dijon Salmon

This was a great dish. The dijon mustard was a bit overpowering. If you like dijon go for it! Next time I will either use yellow mustard or cut the amount of dijon in half.

Mock Tuna Salad

No, this did not taste like tuna, but it was good in its own right. Very easy to make, I stuffed it in a pita and topped with lettuce. It probaly is one of those make once but dont keep recipes.

Mushroom and Leek Soup

Very good flavor. I will make this again, but next time I will try it with vegetable broth instead of the beef broth. The beef broth just seems to heavy for the mushrooms & leeks & is also kind of greasy.
