Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Oh. My. Goodness. This pan was gobbled up in no time. I added 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and 1/8 tsp of cloves. I baked it at 325 for 60 min. Delicious!

Fresh Peach Sauce

Yellow Squash Casserole

So good! My picky eaters loved it. I used half zucchini and would recommend doubling. There were 3 adults and 5 kid and we were scraping the pan.

Snickerdoodles I

I had been craving snickerdoodles for a few days now and this recipe did not disappoint. YUM! I took one of the suggestions to use butter flavored shortening. Great tip!

Apple-Berry Pie

OH...MY...GOODNESS! I finally tried this recipe after my mom kept raving about it. I didn't have buttermilk but used milk with vinegar. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I don't see how this recipe could have any less than a 5 star rating.

Snickerdoodle Supreme

My husband made these and used veg oil instead of shortening and only 1/2 the amount of nutmeg. They were the best snickerdoodles I've ever had!!! And I thought that I was the snickerdoodle queen.
