Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Oh. My. Goodness. This pan was gobbled up in no time. I added 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and 1/8 tsp of cloves. I baked it at 325 for 60 min. Delicious!

Fresh Peach Sauce
Yum! I also doubled the water and the peaches. I didn't have almond extract so I used lemon juice instead.

Yellow Squash Casserole
So good! My picky eaters loved it. I used half zucchini and would recommend doubling. There were 3 adults and 5 kid and we were scraping the pan.
