Banana Cream Pie I

This is an excellent recipe. Like previous reviews, I substitued corn starch for the flour. It was wonderful, excellent homemade pudding base. The pudding consistency was perfect!

This recipe was extremely easy. I have never had cinnamon ice cream before and since this had the highest number of reviews with the highest number of 5 stars, I thought I'd try it. Unfortunately, it was absolutely delicious and I ended up eating the entire small batch in one sitting as soon as it was done. It was just phenomenal!!! Reminds me of sticky toffee pudding by Haagen Daaz. I will definitely make this again, and again, and again!

Carrot Cake

EXCELLENT! WONDERFUL! I followed the recipe exactly except for adding 1tsp of baking powder per previous review and 1/4 cup of raisins. I also made in a bundt pan and it only had to bake for 55 minutes. I did make a different cream cheese frosting recipe. SIMPLY DELICIOUS!

Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler

AWESOME! This was my 1st try. The recipe was very easy and the crust was so flaky. I used Crisco Butter Shortening to kick up it a notch. I will definitely make this again and again and again and....

Hershey's ® 'Perfectly Chocolate' Chocolate Cake

This cake is so simple, no one could possibly mess it up! It is absolutely delectable! I made it for my family and it was gone in one day! I made another one and took it into my office and they devoured it! Fantastic!

Baked Salmon II

This was my 1st time trying this recipe and it was great! Very simple and easy to make. I cut it up over a homemade ceasar salad with light Ranch dressing and my entire office complimented me on how delicious the salmon smelled.

Yellow Squash Casserole

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

This was my 1st time making a carrot cake. I made this cake last night and had misgivings BUT Oh my God! This is the best carrot cake I've tasted in a while. I had read the previous reviews and I used walnuts instead of pecans and used only 1 cup of canola oil. I also used Eggslands Best eggs. The real test will be tonight when my boyfriend tries it as he is the carrot cake expert.
