I am sitting here eating a warm slice right now and I love it! I gave some to my daughter with her snack with jam and she said it was the best I have made.
I made 2 loaves today. The only difference I did between them was I used kosher salt and that one raised to the top of my machine. The other raised a normal height, which I like better, so I might stick to the regular recipe amount with the kosher next time.
I have made many different white loaves in my Bread Machine and this one has turned out the best. Very light and fluffy like opening a bag of wonder bread without that nasty preservative smell. It tastes like a normal bread that you would use to make toast, sandwhiches or just spread some butter on and enjoy. If you want more flavor hten just add something like garlic powder to the flour.
I read other comments before hand and I tweaked it like suggested: 1 1/2 tsp salt,3 tbs Vital wheat glueten (you take 3 tbs away from the flour and add the gluten to it) and I used olive oil instead of the veggie oil. I plan on making another loaf for tomorrows spaghetti dinner, adding some basil and garlic to the oil....
Also a tip: always use room temp ingrediants (except the water).
