These are really good! I put fresh minced garlic on mine and make it on a bed of romaine lettuce...I add grilled chicken a lot of times too!

I thought this was very tasty and refreshing I used cool whip instead of whipping cream because its what I had on hand and it turned out good

Really good made them for my boyfriend and his friends for a UFC fight night get together they couldn't get enough....I used cheesecake pudding with milk chocolate chips

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

I never really had black beans before but this was really good. My boyfriend loved these we added shredded chicken to them...used salsa with a little bite to it to add extra flavor. Had guacomole with it didn't have any sour cream but both would be good.
