To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2013
Great even without the topping! I wanted to save a little time and calories, so I skipped the topping completely. I otherwise followed the recipe exactly, including using fresh blueberries. It's not going to be a low cal muffin this way, but it's still good! And a little pat of butter makes it divine.

Poppy Seed Dressing I

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2012
I agree that it tasted too much like mayo and it didn't have enough zing. Maybe it was because I used generic brand mayo instead of one of the name brands?

I really like this easy sauce. I prefer it with half of the stated amount of paprika. What a great find! Thanks for the recipe.

Cottage Cheese Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2011
I added 1 tsp basil and 1 tsp parlsey (as another reviewer suggested) plus about a half teaspoon oregano, and it was fabulous. I think I'll do 1 tsp oregano next time, and it'll be absolutely perfect. I also used dried onion one time and frozen another, and both worked well.

Deviled Eggs I

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2011
The egg yolk portion seemed rather dry, even with a little extra mayo.

My Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2010
I won 2nd place at the church chili cook-off with this recipe the first time I made it! I used 3 cans of diced tomatoes with green chilis and 1 can of tomato sauce and about half the recommended amount of spices (since the tomatoes were already seasoned). Otherwise followed the recipe as stated. Moderately spicy, very tasty!
