Strawberry Bread

I have made this recipe before, my family & I really liked it. I wanted to make it again, this time I use whole wheat, I used 3/4c. each brown sugar & organic raw sugar, I used 3/4 c. applesauce w/1/4c. oil. I warmed up the strawberrys just alittle with 1/2 t. extra cinnamon, then set aside to cool. I put about 1/2 c. chopped pecans in 1 of the 9x5 pans. The other 9x5 left pecans out. I have a mimi muffin pan (12count) so any time I make bread I always use some of the batter to make muffins, they cook in about 20 mins. The muffins & the loaves turned out great! I have learned that strawberry breads are a milder flavor than, bluberry, raspberry & banana breads, but still very good. The pan w/ the pecans in it cooked alot faster, by almost 10 mins. I am learning to cook alittle healthier, some adjustments turn out good, some not. This is a good recipe. Thanks so much for posting it!
