Zucchini Cakes

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2012
I didn't have Old Bay, so I just seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and honey mustard. I enjoyed the cakes very much - nothing fancy, but tasty.

Aimee's Quick Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
I made this dish with turkey bacon and slightly less teriyaki sauce than called for to reduce sodium. It turned out wonderfully! Next time, I may try marinating the chicken in the Dijon mustard/teriyaki sauce mixture. I loved the mixture as it was something I had never tried before.

Soft Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
I tried this recipe on the fly because I had about a cup of pumpkin puree left over and had the other ingredients immediately on hand (except walnuts). As I was mixing the ingredients together, I noticed that a very stiff dough forms. Instead of making cookies, I made muffins. I added a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice which really brought the pumpkin flavor through; without the spice, I don't think the pumpkin flavor would be as prominent. The muffins were more like biscuits. My family seems to enjoy them so I think this would make for a delicious breakfast treat. As muffins/biscuits, they taste great microwaved for 15 seconds with a little butter added.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2009
Just finished making these. I used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter instead of real butter because it was all I had. I used slightly less sugar than called for and will probably use less next time. I only made 18 of these. Instead of making cookies, I turned this into peanut butter balls. My family loved them! Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Banana Muffins II

Very easy, very delicious, and a great way to use up overripe bananas. These muffins didn't last long in my home. :)

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2009
I've never made chocolate chip cookies before, and this will be my recipe to turn to when I want to make something classic. This recipe makes a lot of delicious cookies (I halved the original and still baked quite a bit). :) I love the addition of pudding mix.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: May 11, 2009
I tweaked the recipe, as many others have, using white sugar (1 cup), brown sugar (1/2 cup), baking soda (1 tsp), and vanilla (1 tsp). I doubled the recipe and the result was 17 gooey, decent-sized cookies. Absolutely delicious results!

Easy Cheesy Chicken I

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2008
Definitely yummy. My husband and I enjoyed this recipe, and we're thinking of adding some veggies towards the end as a few other reviews suggested. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Cranberry Salad VII

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
My mother-in-law introduced me to this dish. It is now a staple in our home for every fall/winter occasion. We omit the walnuts and oranges, but otherwise, I love this dish!

Simple Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
I tweaked the recipe a bit for our own taste, but this chili was fabulous! Like many other reviews, I recommend one cup of water or even less, depending on your thickness preferences. Hubby ate two bowls of this chili, and he is picky about chili.
