Neat Sloppy Joes

I made this to serve 80 kids at summer school camp. It was super. The ones who said they did not like sloppy joes asked for seconds. I used ground chuck and there was no fat to drain. I will scale the recipe down and keep it for my family's meals.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Summer Chicken Salad

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

This is wonderful! I made it for sunrise service Easter and it was such a hit. I did make a little more of the sugar,cinnamon mixture. I had a small piece leftover and it remained moist for a week. This is a keeper!

Amaretto Cake

Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken

Very easy and looks like it took a lot of time. I will use this for company as well as for the family. One of the best dishes that I have found in awhile.
