Absolutely AMAZING! I made a few slight changes recommended by other reviews. Half of the brown sugar was dark since that's all I had on hand (I love molasses). I also added 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp vanilla after I finished cooking the butter/sugar mixture. I used the "Basic Flaky Pie Crust" recipe from this website, which was fantastic. Baked at 350 for about 55 minutes, then bumped it up to 400 for the last 5-8 minutes which got the mixture bubbling and the crust golden brown. This was hands down the best homemade apple pie I've ever had! I'm not the best baker, but everyone LOVED this recipe!
