Pat's Baked Beans

I love this recipe! I use whatever kind of beans I have on hand and add little smokies instead of bacon. Yummy!

Chicken in a Pot

Probably my new favorite for chicken. Budget friendly, fast and easy. Thickened sauce at the end with a little cornstarch and it was fantastic over stiff mashed potatoes. Great recipe Jo Ann! Thanks!

Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Can't believe how incredibly filling this is! Had to sub frozen blueberries for the fruit but that was it. Never been much of a smoothie person but this is definitely going to be my breakfast from now on. Thanks ASTROPHE!

Beef Tips and Noodles

Made this in the crock pot and it almost didn't make it to the table for all the "sampling". Took another reviewers' suggestion and substituted red wine for the water (always looking for a recipe I can slip wine into)and it turned out delish! Thanks so much for this one, Julie.
