Absolutely the BEST Rich and Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing Ever!

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2009
I hate blue cheese but my husband adores it. He tried this recipe and loved it! He used fresh grated garlic instead of the powder and it turned out great. Thanks for the great recipe!

I have to melt my butter before adding it. Otherwise it wont turn out. Other than that I have not strayed from the recipe. This one's a keeper. Thanks.

Spinach Dip I

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2008
This is a great base recipe. For mine I added green onions, fresh dill and finely chopped red bell pepper. This recipe was a hit, even though Spinach dip is not popular in Estonia and only I have eaten it before. I will definitely make this again! Thanks!

Never Fail Pie Crust II

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2008
Pie crust and I do not get along. However, the taste was great. I dusted vanilla sugar on top before baking. It was very flaky and sweet.

One Bowl Brownies

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2008
I live in Estonia and it is hard to find good cocoa powder. I love this recipe because I don't need it. I don't have a microwave so I double boiled the chocolate and butter and added the sugar while it was hot. I cooled it before adding the egg so they wont scramble. I found my brownie recipe. Thanks! NOTE: Try using baking paper so they won't stick and put them in an airtight container after cooled. If you leave them out of course they will get hard.
