Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

I made this tonight with some small changes: used Neufchatel (the 1/3 less fat cream cheese), half whole + half 1% milk, and garlic salt instead of garlic powder. I added some cajun smoked salmon with spinach fettucine. A little bit of fresh grated parmesan on top with a side salad made a complete meal. My husband is VERY picky about his cream sauces, and he LOVED this one! We will be making this regularly!

Ginger Cream Cookies

Ease of preparation, but no flavor - and I doubled the ginger. Will stick with GingerSnaps instead. Kudos to those of you who like this recipe tho!

Creme Brulee French Toast

I made this for Christmas morning breakfast a few years ago, and my family makes sure I make it every year since then! It's been a huge hit at every brunch I bring it to, as well.

Chicken In Sour Cream

My husband is usually critical of most new recipes, but he liked this one as soon as he tasted it. I did make some changes based on what I had on hand, so here's what I did: Half the veg oil, and about 1/2 T butter. Just my preferred method of browning. I completely omitted the salt, pepper, and paprika. We were out of cream of mushroom, so I used cream of asparagus instead. I would love to try it with the cream of mushroom, though, since that's one of the reasons I chose this recipe. I also omitted the dill, as I couldn't see how it would possibly help the flavor, and I'm out of it anyway. I served this over our favorite sour cream/garlic mashed potatoes with steamed veggies. This was a huge hit at our house, and I will definitely be making it again this winter!
