Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2011
This is very good! I added sweet Italian sausage to mine, so then added more of the seasonings, tomatoes and vinegar to make sure it was flavored enough. My whole family, including my 2 toddlers loved it! I did omit the red pepper flakes, but that is due to personal taste (too spicy for our tastes)

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2011
Pretty good! I seasoned the beef with garlic and onion powder as other reviewers had suggested and it worked out well. My 3 year old even ate it! Anything she eats, I keep!

Pepperoni Crisps

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2011
These are yummy! They taste like bacon and I ate all of them. Good thing I bought a party pack of pepperoni. My family didn't feel the same way about them though, unfortunately.

Basil Burgers

Reviewed: May 27, 2011
Made these for dinner tonight- they are very good. My husband suggested to leave the garlic salt out next time, and we thought they were a bit dry- but I also think they were a bit overcooked, so that part was our fault. The rest though, very good! I'd make these again :)

Tuna Noodle Casserole IV

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
This wasn't bad per se, but it was bland. My kids at it, which made me happy, especially since my 3 year old is so picky. I think I would add spices and maybe onion to it. I think garlic or herb flavored croutons would be great. I used plain breadcrumbs, which probably wasn't the best plan. Also, for the record...put you cheese on BEFORE the croutons, it won't stick otherwise...I learned that.

Italian Square Meatballs

Reviewed: May 20, 2011
Easy and tasty! This was enjoyed by my whole family and my parents. I used Mrs. Dash Italian Blend Seasoning for my seasonings and I added it it plain bread crumbs as well. That gave it lots of good flavor and I didn't need the optional salt. I also used dried chopped onion.

This is great taco seasoning! Worked very well with chicken, I think it would be excellent on fajitas too.

Simple Sicilian Salad Dressing

Reviewed: May 18, 2011
This was so easy and very good! I used it to dress up some simple sliced cucumbers and black olives. Yum! I threw some Parmesan cheese in the salad, it worked out pretty well. My 1 year old liked it too :)

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 17, 2011
This was tasty and the family enjoyed it. I would have to agree with the reviewers who said to put the glaze on top, it worked out just fine the way it's written, but inverting the pan was a but messy. I would also use less salt, but I used dried chopped onion, so maybe that is why. So, for me, less salt, more onion and glaze on top is what I'd do next time. It's good as written though! :)

Salmon with Dill

Reviewed: May 16, 2011
Made this exactly the way it says and it came out perfect! I watched the time, as my oven runs hot, but this needed the 25 minutes to my surprise. I do think it matters the thickness of your fish- my fish filets were fairly thick- so always check at the lowest time first :) Excellent recipe! Even my 1 year old ate it...yey!

Egg Flipped Over

Reviewed: May 4, 2011
This is tasty! Just one thing to remember, if you make more than one of them, turn the heat down a bit and add more butter. The first one came out way better than my second, but it's a easy, tasty breakfast none the less!

Cheesecake Cookie Cups

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2011
These are really good and easy to make. I brought them for Easter, people liked them alot. Only 2 people said they liked them better without the whole cherries on them, but with just the liquid part. I agreed, but people who love cherry pie filling won't complain :)

I brought this to a Seder potluck dinner, it went over pretty well. It was something sweet, but different than the usual desserts. It was also pretty easy to make and smelled wonderful :)

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2011
These are really tasty! There weren't any leftovers, and I have picky ones! I made mine in muffin tins for quicker cooking, but next time I will make them as the loaves and take a photo. The glaze is delicious and these are so easy!
