Clark Gable Pancakes

Loved these pancakes! They are so fluffy and yummy! Also, they were very easy to make :) BTW- the 2 TBS of baking powder was the right amount, that's what made the batter so fluffy!

Honey-Dijon Chicken

I think this taste more like a teriyaki chicken than a dijon chicken- but it's good none the less. My kids ate a whole bunch of it, so I am keeping this one around!

Quick and Easy Sauteed Spinach

We didn't like this alot, but I think, like others had done, using fresh garlic would be really good. Also, 1 bag of spinach isn't alot once it's cooked, I'd use 2-3 bags of it if you have 4-5 people who love spinach :)

Olive Oil Bread

This bread is easy and it's good, but we didn't like the texture, it came out quite dense with too oily of a texture for us. Maybe I had wanted a crusty bread and this just wasn't it.

Easy Refrigerator Pickles

These are pretty good- and easy to make, but I have to agree they are a bit too sweet, so I would cut the sugar also like others have said. I also left out the cloves because I don't care for them, but I don't think that would have factored in on the sweetness.

Slow Cooker Tender and Yummy Round Steak

Pretty good! Tastes like the usual pot roast/potatoes/carrots I make, so it wasn't stand out or anything. We enjoyed it though. I used Vidalia onions and baby carrots, then added 3 more potatoes to it. I don't bother peeling the potatoes- just gave them a good wash. Mine were thin skinned white potatoes.

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

These were very good! I use a tamari premium soy sauce and I find it more flavorful than certain brands that may be cheaper and have more salty taste. My whole family liked these, even the kids. I just have to find a way to make pork chops stay moist- I only cooked them 35 minutes, they came out great except for being a bit dry.

Sorry, but this just wasn't very good- it came out very dry- I assume the timing is too long with that, but it definitely needs something else to flavor.- maybe onions, seasonings.

Ham and Cheesy Potatoes

This wasn't bad- I thought it lacked flavor, I would add sauteed onion and garlic to it next time. I shredded my potatoes with a Salad Shooter because I was too lazy to julienne them. My kids liked it, so that's a plus.

Avocado Smoothie

This was pretty good- my 18 month old devoured his with a spoon! It's got enough sweetness, but you can taste the avocado, and it's thick and filling. It isn't something you can drink a big glass of, but it is good

Sweet and Sour Meatloaf

Everyone else seems to love this, but we didn't. It wasn't terrible, the sauce was just too sweet and the texture of the meatloaf was too soft. My 18 month old gobbles his all up though, so that's good at least. Sorry, I would have to tweak this if I made it again.

Honey Of An Oatmeal Bread

Great bread! The easiest thing to put together, very good outcome! I am making a second loaf tomorrow, in fact..because mine didn't rise, but that was my fault for not checking the date on my yeast- so be sure to make sure your yeast is fresh for a big loaf!

Oven Barbecued Chicken
