Brown Rice Breakfast Porridge

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2007
I enjoy hot cereals and this was delicious. I put in cranberries this time and next time I will put in golden raisins. Thanks for a new hot cereal fav.

Tuna Patty Sandwiches

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2007
This recipe is so very quick to make, and good to eat. My husband and I really enjoyed it. We didn't change anything. Unlike a previous reviewer, our patties held together just fine and there was no need to add anything to it. Thanks for a simple recipe.

Brown Rice Veggie Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2007
I didn't think this dish would be as tasty as it turned out to be. Surprise! Quick to make, good to eat and simple. Will make again. We added a bit of black pepper and some salt-perfect. We love this dish! For some protein, try adding some tofu. We didn't, just the way the recipe was written, 'cept for no carrots--don't like 'em.

Fresh Cranberry Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2007
This recipe is very good. I had gotten tired of cranberry sauce-it is generally too sweet, so I was leary of this recipe, but I love cranberries so I tried it and I am glad I did. The amount of the ingred. is just right. It is tart, but not "pucker your mouth" tart. Thanks for a new favorite at our table.

Amazing Brown Rice Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2007
This is so easy to make and so very good. I decreased the amount of red onion and increased the amount of cranberries. Perfect. Next time I will double the recipe, as even my husband enjoyed it!

Cinnamon Cookies II

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2007
These are very good! I took the advice of another cook and put these in the fridge for 5-10 min., used parchment paper on the cookies sheet(do not use waxed paper-it is a different product), and I did not change any part of the recipe. I did combine 1/3 C. of sugar and 1 tsp. of cinnamon, rolled these in the mix., and then baked like directed. Came out delish! I will make these again. Thanks

Gingered Tea

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2007
This makes a very good cup of tea. I am going to make it again, this time with 4 tea bags as I thought the flavor needed to be a bit stronger. I used black tea. Quick, easy and warming-esp. on a cold fall day. Thanks for the recipe! P.S. I don't drink coffee at all, but I do like drinks like this.

This bread is very quick, tasty and easy to make. Bakes up beautifully, and slices great also. Did not make any changes.
