Cold Tropical Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2008
I think this turned out excellent! I followed the recipe exactly! Only thing is I think it's better when it's first made.. If you eat it after chilled I would add some more salad dressing and some salt an pepper as it tends to get dry and bland after it sits... Would be great as a meal with some chicken cut up in there!

Deep Dish Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2008
I did not like these brownies at all! I followed the recipe exactly, and they were EXTREMELY dry and bitter! I've never had anything turn out this bad and I cook very frequently. Since it's chocolate, and I have such a sweet tooth, normally I'll just eat it! Not this time!

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2008
This recipe was AMAZING! However I didn't follow it exactly... I didn't have seasoned bread crumbs so I took the plain and seasoned it with onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, basil, rosemary and coriander. I didn't measure anything either, just poured it in! I butterflied the chicken and put 2 wedges of the laughing cow garlic and herb cheese on the bottom half of each, folded it together, rolled it in the butter and then the bread crumb/ Parmesan cheese mixture and baked at 350 for 30 minutes. It was perfect! My picky husband took a bite and was amazed! Definitely will do this again, next time for some more people!

Banana Pancakes I

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2007
Just a tip for fuss free banana mashing... stick them in a zip-lock bag, zip and squeeze! When you're done cut a corner off and you have a pour spout! I do the same for marinades and everything else of the sort! So much cleaner! And less dishes to boot!
