Pork Steaks

I have made this many times, and have always "meant" to add a review. it is delicious! I have used green onions and regular onions, and though I prefer green onions, regular onions are also good. I do like to dredge them in flour seasoned with garlic powder and pepper. Great recipe!

Caramel Corn Snack Mix

Very tasty! Made this before Christmas and today my husband was begging for more.Both times I doubled the recipe. A roasting pan is ideal for baking this in.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Chili I

We participated in a chile cookoff last night using this recipe. We won first place! I have a coffee roasting business and we definitely wanted one that used coffee. Local businesses make up the teams and it is sponsored by our Chamber of Commerce. We made a roux with the coffee concentrate we use in our business and some flour before adding. Definitely a keeper! Thanks!

Szechwan Shrimp

Not only was this delicious, it was so easy! Followed the recipe exactly except I crushed my own peppers so I think it may have been a little more spicy, but definitely not too spicy. Thanks for the great, easy recipe!

Mini Meatloaves

Really good! Not mushy like a lot of meat loaf. My husband loves meatloaf and we are always trying different recipes. That may change as until now there was never one that I liked as well as he did. I did add just a bit of garlic powder, but I'm not sure if it even made a difference. Definitely a keeper!
