Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef
This is so good. Beef is nice and tender and has lots of flavor. I added broccoli in the last hour it was cooking. Also added garlic chile paste in the beginning. Served over wheat angel hair pasta with peanuts. Thanks a bunch!

Maple Bacon Pancake
I'll admit I was super wary about this recipe because it seems really strange to me, but this is really good! I didn't quite read (read: didn't read at all) through the recipe when I first found it, so I thought I was going to be making bacon pancakes. When I turned out one big one, I was a bit concerned. However, this is very, very good. I'm keeping this recipe. I made it as is, but I used mont jack cheese (had it on hand). Good stuff.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Really tasty, tender, and easy. I served it with ramen and veggies. I used boneless chicken (less than asked for as well), cut into strips. I baked it in a foil-lined pan and also covered it with foil for the first half hour. I also subbed brown sugar in for the white. Give this one a try. I'm definitely saving it.
