Original Nestle® Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies

I've always used this recipe and I always have requests for me to make them/bring them for special occasions!! I just substitute margarine for butter--it makes them chewy and soft. Delicious!!

perfect for entertaining and ooohhh so yummy!! smelling the hot cream in the double boiler reminded me of paris. i served it with fresh strawberries and every single bowl was licked clean! next time i'll double the batch!
