Beer Brats

First time I have ever made something like this and it was delicious! Will make again since it was tasty and so easy.

I used this as a base for my recipe so my review is not a "true review" but I love what I made. I used chicken instead of shrimp. As other reviewers did, I added seasonings to this. I used Italian seasoning, garlic poweder (in addition to the fresh), basil and chili flakes. I also added peas and mushrooms to it. It was DELICIOUS!!!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Absolutely fantastic! I doubled the jalapeno to 4 oz and mixed in the parmesan cheese. If you bake the spread, mix in most of the cheese and then sprinkle cheese on top for a cheesy crust.

Campbell's® Tuna Noodle Casserole

This was very bland and a little fishy for us. We both like albacore tuna and that's what I used but it just wasn't tasty. Maybe we are just not tuna casserole people - I won't be making this again.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

We love this recipe! I do add more cheese to it though... It is super easy and a winner with everyone! Increase cheese to 2 cups; use 1 c. sharp cheddar, 1 c. gruyere or swiss or any combo of cheeses. Double the recipe for potlucks and use a 3 qt. pan.

California Sherry Chicken

Excellent recipe! I didn't have any sherry so I substituted white wine and some capers - came out fantastic and another benefit... my boyfriend loved it too! This will be a regular in our home!!!

Twelve Minute Pasta Toss

I thought it was ok, but my boyfriend loved it. I would make this again because its quick and easy. Maybe next time I'll add some mushrooms and capers to it. Footnote: If you really like cheese, add more than the 1/4 cup called for.

Ambrosia Fruit Salad

Great Recipe, especially for a non-cook like myself! Everyone Loved it!!! Was asked to make this again for the 4th of July! My only note to this recipe is to double the amount of cool whip or cut the coconut in half. Many Thanks to Kimberley for sharing this recipe!
