I used the Italian Herb Bread I SUBMITTED BY: Ann Barr instead of frozen bread dough and it turned out perfect. I made dough up as per recipe and let it do the first rising. Then I punched dough down and rolled into rectangle shape. Since dough had seasonings I omitted Italien seasoning and doubled mazzerella, everything else I left the same. I rolled it up like a burrito and and then lightly stretched it to make it longer. I baked according to directions. We used pizza sauce for dipping.
