Meat Loaf Pie

I loved it and so did my fiance - I added a little extra ketchup because I'm weird and like it, and we baked the crust a little bit before hand because we like a more crispy crust. I used yukon gold instant mashed potatoes - and it turned out SO good. I would highly recommend this recipe.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake II

this recipe was awesome - it was one of the most yummy cakes I've had. I am making two of them for my military Thanksgiving dinner I do each year through the USO. The guys at my office pretty much almost fought over it!
