I'm a trained chef and working on my pastry and baking training at this time. I sort of stumbled onto the culinary feild and originally went to school for capentry. I love what I do now and am happy with the choice I made.

I've competed in my culinary school's iron chef compitions and won on the center level and went on with my team to face other school in our region.
My cooking tragedies
I learned the hard way that there is a vast difference between cooking puff pastry in a convection oven and a conventional oven. It was horrid
