Blueberry Buckle
Very Tasty. I made this twice in three days. That good. I made this allergen friendly buy using gluten free flour mix (1st time Bob's Red Mill all pupose mix and the 2nd time was a homemade brown rice flour/startch mix). Both were good. I also used oil rather than butter and an egg replacer. It tasted great and looked so pretty too. I'm using blueberries we picked on our family vacation in Michigan - I expect to make this many times with our freezer stash of berries!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
I'll make this again. It was my first taste of brusslesprouts and they were tasty. Made as stated other than I halved them and cut off the little stem. I also used coarse salt. Very flavorful.

Gluten-Free Fudge Brownies
Very good. We loved the fudgy taste with a pleasant texture not often found in GF baking. Agree that a 9x13 pan is needed. Due to egg/dairy food intolerances in our house, we used a egg substitute and a mix of applesauce/oil/water instead of the margarine. I added enough liquid until it was of similar consistency to a non GF box mix. Thanks for sharing. I will make this again.
