Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

I followed the others reviewers advice and dumped 2 frozen chicken breasts in at the beginning. I set it on low for 10 hours. The chicken was very tender and super easy to shred when the soup was done. I also only used chicken broth, no water. It was very very good, better then some Mexican restaurants in town. :)

Amazing Pork Chops in Cream Sauce

Did not have very much flavor like I was expecting it too. I was expecting it to have a rich italian flavor with all the cheeses, however it was pretty bland.

Made these for a bridal shower over the weekend...What a hit!!! They are sooooo yummy! Only thing I changed was that I mushed the avacados into a paste to spread on the tortillas...

Mushroom Pork Chops

Yummy! First I sauteed 2 cloves of garlic in EVOO, then added my salt and pepper coated chops. After they browned I added in the mushroom, onion and cream of mushroom soup. I also added a few tablespoons of milk to thin it out. Set to med-low for 35 min (covered). Turned out AMAZING. The sauce was rich and had a very creamy taste. I think the garlic was key :)

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

I made this for the 2nd time last night...SO MUCH BETTER THAN MY FIRST ATTEMPT!!!! I needed a huge coffee cake for a party so I double the recipe and cooked it uncovered for 40min and then layed a piece of foil over the top for another 50min so it wouldnt burn the topping. After it cooled I drizzled frosting (1c powdered sugar and 1 1/2 Tablespoons milk)....extremely delicious!!!! I definently recommend :)

Chicken Dijon

The sauce is yummy. I took the advice of precious reviewers and coated my chicken first in bread crumbs and then browned in olive oil, not butter. The I baked the chicken first for 18min at 350. I topped with the sauce and baked for anoter 5min. Good with a side of roasted garlic mashed potatoes :)

Guinness® Corned Beef

Delicious...I didn't use the included seasoning packet that comes with the corned beef...it would have given too strong of a flavor. But I added cabbage in the last hour of cooking time and the flavor of the Guinness really soaked up in the cabbage! So Good!!
