Uni student with a passion for cooking. I'm Swedish but have lived in England and Germany, so like to cook a bit of everything. Flavoursome pasta sauces, cous cous dishes, curries, lasagne... Pretty much live off tasty salads all summer, yum! I've been a vegetarian for a few years now, and am always looking for new veggie recipes to try. Catering my sister's wedding. It was a vegetarian buffet for two dozen guests (with various allergies, diets, etc) and I only arrived in the country five days before the wedding... But I managed, and some of my favourite kitchen memories are from those hectic days. Over the past few years I've moved country three times, and it's a (food) disaster every time. Learning the new names, what is and isn't available (and how to get hold of what isn't!).. And even if you do get hold of the products you need, they end up being slightly different anyway and the whole thing is ruined.
