Tasty Tuna Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2013
These are outstanding! I did not use the dill, pepper sauce or chili sauce. I doubled the recipe then lightly oiled a glass baking dish, and using a round egg chopper, I placed it in the baking dish and filled the center with the mix - making a nice patty. I used the egg chopper to make a total of 5 patties. I put them in the oven set to 400 and let it bake for approximately 30-40 minutes. They tasted wonderful! I served it with cocktail sauce. YUM and easy!

Fried Rice II

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2013
I love this...easy AND delicious. I used brown rice instead and a bag of frozen mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn, green beans). I sauteed the onion and mixed veggies first with a little Smart Balance butter. Then used coconut oil added the egg and cooked it along with the veggies for a bit then added the rice and finally soy sauce. It is awesome. Just like take out. YUM.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2012
It is the best zucchini bread I have ever had. I adjusted it just a bit for my own life style. I began with cutting the recipe in half. I wanted to make sure it was good before investing all the product require for a full batch. Then I used cocnut oil and pure cane sugar. I also used 2 eggs. The last was to add flax seed - about 1/8 cup. Next time I would probably used half whole wheat flour instead of all flour. It was delicious. Thank you for sharing your recipe. :-)

Blueberry Oat Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2011
Out standing! These muffins are the best. I followed the recipe except for the topping - did not matter because they had great flavor. I also only had frozen blueberries - about 3/4 c. Thanks for a great, easy, tasty recipe!

Blueberry Muffins II

Reviewed: May 13, 2008
I looked and looked for a good blueberry muffin recipe and finally decided to try this one. I followed the recipe, but added to it to suit my purposes. I added 3 tbs of sour cream & 1 1/2 bananas along with 1 tsp vanilla & 1 tsp cinnamon & 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg. They came out great! I usually have butter on my muffins, but did not even need to spread it on they were so good and had so much flavor. I will use this recipe from now on. PS. If you are looking to make them more healthy I used Organic Pure Cane Sugar by Wholesome Foods instead of processed white sugar.

Cathy's Banana Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2007
I think this is the BEST bread I have ever made. I doctored it a little and added cinnamon and nutmeg and I think I will try and go with 1/3 less sugar like some other ladies suggested, but that is about all I would modify. My family enjoyed it as well. Kelli
