Upside-Down Coffee Cake

I made this this weekend and it was a hit for my 18 year old son who doesn't like sweets and my boyfriend who does. I read the reviews and decided to make it in two pans, it came out good but would have been ok to make in one pan. I think my pan is deep enough to support the full amount. This is a keeper.

Brazilian Chicken with Coconut Milk

This has great flavor. A new chicken favorite for my household. Nice amount of spice, although I only used 1 pepper. To complete the meal, I made the Brazilian rice from this site and string beans. The combination of the rice and string beans helped with toning down the spice, but a great meal nonetheless.

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

Made this this weekend. I took the advice of others and made my own cajun seasoning and made it with one cup milk and one cup half and half. This was great. It is important to remember the salt and lemon, the two really bring out the flavor. As good as going out.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

This was the best, very flavorful and tender. I divided the mayo (using miracle whip and sour cream). I also added a bit or parm cheese. Since I like flavor, I seasoned the outside of my chicken with season salt, wrapped two slices of bacon and baked in the oven. An hour was good since my chicken was thick. About 15 minutes before it was done, I broiled the chicken to get it brown and cook the bacon. This will be made again. Beautiful presentation, great to impress guest. Can't wait to have the leftovers for dinner tonight.

Snow on the Mountain Green Beans

These were nice change from mac and cheese. I was concerned about the onions, so I chopped them and saute'd them with garlic them put them in. Wow is all I can say.

Garlic Prime Rib

WOW, WOW, WOW is all I can say. No changes needed this was the best prime rib, better than anything I have every tasted at a restaurant. No other recipe needed for prime rib. The seasonings would probably turn any steak or chicken into a work of art.

Deep Dark Chocolate Cake

This is good but not the best chocolate cake I have every had, it is easy to make so in a rush it will be my go to, but I will continue to look for the ultimate cake. If you make this no one will dislike it, but I am into chocolate.

Gorgonzola-Garlic Dip

This dip was great. Spread on Tostitos. Spread straight from fridge. I was out of Red Wine Vinegar so I used Balsamic Vingegar. This would also be wonderful on top of a burger. It has lots of possibilities.

Very good. I did double the peaches as to me that is the best part. Cake texture which is the best to me. Sweet enough and very quick and easy to make. I will make this again and again.

French Bread Rolls to Die For

These were great. Make sure kitchen is warm enough in order for the dough to rise. I made two batches one standard and one I sprinkled cheese on top. Both were great.

Cream Cheese Squares

Honey Lime Chicken Wings

I believe these have potential to be tasty. I made them with boneless chicken breast which got a little dry when frying. Next time whether I make them with wings or chicken breast I will bake them, would keep them juicier and healthier. The sauce was great.
