Parmesan Sage Pork Chops
These were very good. I made as directed but would add a little more seasoning next time. I pan seared in a cast iron skillet, then directly into the oven without having to use two pans. The flour and parm amounts were way to much for two chops.

Kale and Feta Salad
This salad is wonderful". Very forgiving. I use a Fuji apple, tomato basil feta and sliced almonds. Looking forward to eating kale salad all summer long with different variation. Thanks for posting.

Truly Delicious Brussels Sprouts
These were nice and simple. Next time I would add some red pepper flakes. I just started eating Brussels sprouts and thus is the best yet.
