Famous Butter Chicken

Delicious! I have made it three times now and my husband and 4 kids have loved it each time. A keeper! I used saltines once because that's all I had and it was still wonderful.

Crispy Fried Chicken

This was really good. My kids loved it. I used buttermilk (that's what I had) and added just a bit more chocolate. Be smarter than me and make sure your mashed potatoes aren't lumpy! The lumps of potato weren't offensive to us and we ate it anyway, but they may turn off others, especially if you're trying to hide what it's made from.

White Chili with Ground Turkey

I thought this was delicious. I followed the recipe exactly as is. Next time I will use less broth just because I would prefer it thicker. I wouldn't change anything else. Thanks for a great recipe!

Amish Casserole

This was very good. My kids loved it. I loved that I was able to stretch 1 lb of beef for a family of 6! I followed the recipe except I only had 6 pieces of cheese to use and it was plenty. Will def. make this recipe again. Also, I can see were this would be a great recipe for adding in what you have on hand like celery, onions, peppers, etc.

Cream Corn Like No Other

Cherry Magic Cookie Bars

I just thought these were OK. They were too thin and didn't hold their own weight very well. We had to eat them from a bowl with a spoon. Not sure if I will try these again or not.

Molasses Sugar Cookies

These were incredible! I made these for a cookie exchange and they were a huge hit. I had to make them again a couple of days later. I will be making these every year! I suggest taking them out of the oven a couple of minutes early and let them finish cooking in their own heat to get a chewier cookie, though they were really good crisp as well.

My Country Style Steak

This was ok. I should have read other reviews first. Then I would have used less soup mix. I would also use garlic powder instead of salt as it was a bit too salty. I may try it again with those changes.

White Bread I

I just got a used bread machine with no book, so I needed to find a recipe to use with it. This is the first one I tried and it is great! I've made it 3 times now and it has turned out delicious every time!I used the med. crust for this bread. We thought the crust was crispy and the inside was soft. Perfect. I'm glad I won't need to keep looking. Thanks for sharing.

Apple Puff Pancake

This was good. Will be making again. It is def. more of a baked custard than a pancake. There is a discrepency in cooking time. The top of the page (under the prep part) says 30 min while the recipe says 20. Go with the 30 min. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is that I had to add extra cinnamon. It seemed a little bland as is. Still we all liked it.

Apple Crisp II

Awesome. I couldn't find my usual recipe, so I made this instead. It is now my only apple crisp recipe! I made this for a family get together and it was gone in seconds! Everyone wanted the recipe and I had to make another one the next day. I used all Granny Smith from my own tree. I halved the sugar(For personnel preference) and I did not add the water. This recipe was GREAT! Thank you for posting the recipe.

Quick and Easy Cheese Bread

This is a pretty good bread. I added extra cheese and milk like many others. I also added garlic, Italian seasoning and cayenne. The bread was good. I would make it again with my changes. It seemed a bit like biscuit dough to me. Next time I will make drop biscuits with it.
