Simple stuff usually goes over well at my house, but everyone loves my lasagna (with or without meat).
My cooking tragedies
Anything that involves too many steps, too much prep time (aka "do this the night before!") or too many hard-to-find ingredients that I've made unfortunate substitutes for.
