Nothing particularly spectacular, I just recently made my first quiche for Easter and got rave reviews.

Attempting to make pie crust, I wasn't really clear on how to cut in the butter. Needless to say it didn't end well.

Pancakes I
These got great reviews, I made them for my mom for mother's day. I took some other reviewers advice and did half whole wheat flour as well as added 1 tsp vanilla extract and olive oil in place of vegetable. I also put in a banana and chopped walnuts.

Birthday Bones
Great recipe, so simple and my dogs loved them. A great first time dog biscuit recipe without the hassle!

Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes and Corn
Smelled really great, I made this for my brother, but he is a bit of a picky eater so I can't really give this a true rating. I substituted the green onions, with regular vidalia onions and the red wine with balsamic. Overall pretty decent and very easy!
