Chocolate Syrup Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2008
This goes way above and beyond 5 stars. I have made this recipe twice; once with Hershey brand syrup and the other time with a generic chocolate, trust me you don't want to use a generic chocolate syrup in this recipe or you will be let down. If you want the full Chocolate affect of this flavor, must use Hershey Syrup..enjoy your brownies people!!!

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2011
HEy Girl!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for posting this recipe!!! YOUR recipe was off the charts, too bad the ratings don't go to a zillion..OMG This was such abig hit for our family!! My b/f's sister gave us what was in her freezer to make room for her hubby's season of game.. The backstrap was o tender & flavorful, one would of never nown it was even Vennison.. THis was a big hit with my b/f's home-made oven cheesy & garlic wtih onion potatoes with a peanut butter meltaway cake to follow for any occasion.. We shared this delicate game with my aunt & her boyfriend & this was truly a thanksgiving meal to remember. THanks again for posting & thanks to allrecipes.com for having this site for viewers like myself to refer to for favorite recipes.. YUMMERS!!

Better than Grandma's Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2009
ABsolutely Delicious but not the most chocolately brownie I have ever had. Obviously it depends on the anount of chocolate one uses. In the past, I have always used the Hershey's Syrrup recipe when making brownies but this recipe is certainly perfect for a yummy brownie thats good n chewy also. Thank you for posting...

Love the Mama Lemon Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2009
I was lkioooking for a lemon bar recipe & came upon this so thought ok, I'll try this......I an't really say this was one of my better baking experiences. The crust I found was terribly hard to spread out in a smaller pan other than the 11X7 that was originally mentioned. I followed the recipe exact exxcept for doubling the lemon topping to make sure there would be enough filling. Results..unflaky crust..extremely very very thin bar, & hardly enuf to call desert..I can usually give the recipes a pretty good raiting but sorry not this time around. Thank you for your time.

Elaine's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
I was looking for a Peanut Butter Cookie recipe & came upon this one. I love trying new recipes & it was so delicious. My cookies didn't turn out anything like the picture shows. At first my boyfriend wasn't impressed with these because he didn't think there was much of a flavor & I did add the extra egg and an extra 1/2 cup of peanut butter too, but once the cookies were cooled off, oh my gosh, then it was a whole different story behind this recipe. I think the key to these cookies is to allow them to cool before serving them to get the full flavor. My future inlaws came up for my birthday & I put a plate of these cookies out & they loved them!!! I even sent a bag of cookies home for them too. Thank you for posting this recipe.

Peach Cobbler I

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2009
This is definately an easy recipe to bake up in a hurry & DELICIOUS!!! The only thing I wish I would of done is gone ahead with the reviews first with not quite so much butter to the bottom of the pan- could of easily done with half a stick of butter, other than that- I LOVED IT & I know my fiance will too. I did add the cinnamon to the batter for a darker crust-something different & is so yummy!! THank you for posting :)

The Best Lemon Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2008
Thank you for placing this recipe online, as it was absolutely delicious!!! I followed your recipe but b4 I put it together, I read the review from Mommyfromseattle, adding 3/4 cup lemon juice along with more flour. I was afraid it might of still been a little runny but not at all...I served it to my fiance & his son straight from the oven. It was so good, then I put it in the freezer to cool and try afterwords and it couldn't be better. Again, I thank you for placing this recipe online. This is the only Lemon Bar recipe I have & it will be the only one I will ever use or give out to family & friends...You've done good, Thank you!!!

Fudge Brownies I

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2008
These brownies were so delicious & a great something to make on a whim when my guy is looking through the cupboards for something sweet. A little more cakeness rather than the regular "brownie" that I was hoping for. I did read the reviews first n cut the egg down to 3 instead of 4. This was still a very nice light treat & I just sprinkled powder sugar for a topping. Thank you for posting this recipe, will definaltely use it again.

Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2007
It's pretty hard to mess up a peanut butter cookie, or so I thought. I followed the recipe to the t & for some reason they really turned out bland, perhaps because I used generic rather than name brand peanut butter. Next time I will try a name brand of peanut butter.

Apple Crisp IV

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
This is the worst apple crisp recipe I have ever baked in my life- the apple mixture was so bland- it had no flavor at all- very disappointing- I really thought this would be a great recipe after reading the reviews but was not at all pleased.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2008
Finally a great pancake recipe that turns out!!! Kudos to you, thank you so much. These pancakes were so fluffy and thick. MY guys are hearty eaters & couldn't even finish the 4 cakes I put on their plates. I thnk the only thing I might do different is cut back on the baking powder a little next time like I read in a prior review, but there were absolutely no compaints from these guys at all. I n fact, other than my guy forgetting that I had made a home-made pancake before for him, he told me that he never had home made cakes before, his mom always used bisquick or from other box sources. There's nothing like home-made cooking...

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
These rolls were absolutely delicious! Except for doubling the frosting, I wouldn't alter this recipe in any way at all. What a great hit they have been with the family. In fact, my fiance's dad told me that these are the best rolls he has ever had! I would suggest these with no hesitation at all to anybody. Thank you for puting these online.
